personally, i like 20 10
09 has been trying
but i grew through the tears
20 10 will be different
i will be different starting today
but the changes wont manifest themselves until the new year has come
and while you were resolved to let meeh spend it alone
at home
in these empty walls
i have made other plans
i will spend it where i belong
with my family
hearing their laughter, their insults
seeing their smiles and struggles
and going through all of it together
just the way we were meant to
